All the Chinese teachers hold teacher qualification -certificate and all the international staff hold legal work permit with -qualified teacher qualification.We are a stable and dedicated professional team with best known reputation both around our local counterparts and international education circle. 1. 彭国晨 Peng Guochen 副校长、留学部校长（ Vice principal of the school Excutive principal of international education department） 美国国际教育协会(International Institute of Education)全额奖学金留美学者，语言学硕士，从事国内中学基础教育20年，国际教育15余年，育人经验丰富，学生遍及国内外名校。 Mr. Peng is an exchange scholar sponsored by International Institute of Education with full scholarship. 2. 刘可凡 Liu Kefan 学生事务主任(Director of Student Affairs ) ACT Coordinator，硕士，雅思7.5分，三届高三毕业班班主任，培养乐湾首位雅思7.5分学生，带出多名学生升入世界前10大学。 Ms. LiuKefan（Emma） holds a master degree in TESOL.She has been working at the department since 2016 and has been promoted as the director of students affairs in the department. 3. Bismark 学术主任( Director of Academic Studies) 经济学博士，教授经济学、语言课程，高一班主任。 Bismark holds a doctor degree of philosophy in Economics. He has been the director of Studies of the department since 2021. 4. 李静 Li Jing 行政主管（Administrative Manager） 国际人力资源管理研究生，负责行政事务、外事管理、升学指导及宣传推广工作，A-level Coordinator，班主任。 Ms. Li Jing(Phoebe) graduated from University of Sterling, Britain with a master of human resources management. Phoebe is now coordinator responsible for foreign affairs and secretarial affairs of the department. She is also an application counselor of the department providing support students' application. She has been a head teacher since 2018 and is now teaching Economics and English.Siri is also Exam officer of Cambridge Assessment International Education responsible for the exams of IGCSE and A Level subjects. 7. 成敏瑞 Cheng Minrui 语文历史教师、班主任，文史哲精通，雅思7分、全国翻译专业资格证书、日本语能力测试N2。教授语文、历史、道法等课程，持有CDSC证书，善于与学生沟通交流，教育教育严谨踏实。 Mr. Cheng Minrui graduated from Guizhou Normal Universith with a bachelor degree in history. He is now teaching Chinese , Japanese,History and Intercultural Communication. Mr. Cheng is also a head teacher .
